Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your order, unless this is a Special Order.

We accept payments by money order, cashier's check, or personal check. These types of orders may be processed by mail or fax. Our shopping cart includes easy instructions for purchasing via fax or mail using a variety of payment methods.

Sales Tax

Sales tax, when and where applicable by law, will be added to your order at the time of purchase.

Shipping Information

Standard shipping on all orders is via UPS Ground.

jbily Products, Inc., accepts special orders requiring alternative shipping methods other than UPS Ground per your instructions. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, rural routes, or military mail. Please contact us for shipping special orders.

Delivery Time

jbily Products is a custom order shop. All of our products are made to order. Please allow at least 7 days before order can be shipped. This lead time will be extended depending on time of year and order requirements.
